As the mother of two small children, along with working a demanding full-time job, I felt overwhelmed with my health and overall wellness goals and with how to even begin achieving them. I began working one-on-one with Andrea and, in a little over 5 months, I have achieved a healthier balance in my life through improvements in my sleep, mental health, nutrition, physical movement and weight loss. During our sessions, Andrea helps me identify realistic goals to focus on; little by little, those goals turned into realistic lifestyle changes. Those lifestyle changes have resulted in a 35-pound weight loss (now maintaining), better sleep, improved physical and mental wellness, and successful nutrition awareness.
